Anne-Marie “Annie” McCarthy, CMT #34937, NCTMB #619491-12

Annie has always had a feeling inside that there would be a time in her life when she would help people, though she never knew when or how. Once she acquired her Associates in Applied Science Degree in Advanced Therapeutic Massage and bodywork from Bryan College with 1180 hours of training, she finally knew. Seeing better mobility, movement and comfort in clients is what she enjoys most about what she does. The human body is fascinating and a functional properly working human body brings out the best in people inside and out. Her depth of pressure depends on the individual client and it ranges from deep tissue to a light, Swedish type of massage. Annie loves spending time with Xayla, her Great Dane. Together, they do therapy visits at schools, hospitals and libraries. For fun, she likes to play softball, travel, do photography, golf, and spend quality time with friends.

Sandy Sartain, L.Ac. #15021Ac

Sandy is a massage therapist and acupuncturist. She completed the Asian Body Therapy program with 800 hours at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2004. She continued her studies at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and graduated in April 2009 with a Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In her practice, Sandy uses her intuition to customize the perfect massage for you. She incorporates many different types of massage into one session depending on the client's needs and requests. All of her work will have some focus on working with the Chinese meridians and acupuncture points for maximum therapeutic benefits. With the extra focus on meridians and points, blockages in the body will be dispersed on a deep level. The modalities of massage she uses are deep tissue, circulatory, Swedish, Shiatsu, and Tui Na. A few of the other modalities used in her practice are Gua Sha and cupping.

Mija Cameto, CMT #68843

Since childhood, putting my hands on others feels like an exquisite gift. Relaxing, nurturing presence flows. One of the greatest joys in my life is to be of service to anyone in need of healing touch, or gentle, increasingly deeper issue releasing work. Energy balancing sessions can be requested, or incorporated into a massage. I receive guidance where to go, how to move, and how deeply to access through pure energy awareness, vibration, or gentle pressure. Attention may be on, in, or around the body. Most people feel as though they were somewhere else, and feel deeply, soulfully affected and reset. I graduated from The Body Institute in Granite Bay, California in 2004 with 250 hours, furthering my education at the Healing Arts Institute achieving a total of 800 hours. My training includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Sports, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Polarity Therapy, Shiatsu, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Senior, as well as receiving master levels in Usui and Karuna Reiki.
